Utilizing the wet process it pioneered, Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd. has developed an innovative fine silver powder, which is an ultra fine metal powder with a high dispersibility, high filling nature (high tap density), and uniform particle size.
Because the particle is virtually spherical (as shown in photos above), excels in dispersibility, and adheres well to resin and solvents, this product makes it possible to shorten the necessary mixing time and to achieve a high degree of product uniformity.

Applications

1. Thick film conductive paste (cermet type / polymer type)
2. Additives for sintering
3. Electrode materials for plasma display
