Mitsui Kinzoku Group has established the Human Rights Policy in accordance with our Management Philosophy, Corporate Slogan and Code of Conduct.With interest in human rights mounting within the global community, we ensured to tackle human rights issues through our business activities.

Conflict Minerals Policy

Mitsui Kinzoku Group promotes responsible mineral sourcing, taking human rights and compliance into consideration.In particular, some conflict minerals※1 mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its nine adjoining countries are suspected to benefit armed groups. As a member of the global supply chain, we set a policy to promote the use of conflict minerals that do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the covered countries.
※1Conflict minerals :Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold.
