Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd. will participate as an exhibitor at the Power Conversion, Intelligence Motion Europe 2023(PCIM Europe 2023) held at Nürnbergin Germany for three days from Tuesday, May 9, 2023 to Thursday, May 11, 2023.
PCIM Europe is an international trade show covering the power electronics value chain, and key players in the power electronics industry and other fields attend along with the latest technology, industry trends, and trending information.
We will showcase Cu sinter paste, a bonding material for next-generation power semiconductors. It is expected to be a highly reliable, high heat resistant and environmentally friendly (lead-free) material for power devices that must perform at high outputs with high reliability when used in EVs, power generation, transmission and distribution equipment, industrial equipment, etc. At the trade show, we will present both pressure and puressureless types.
There we will have the oral presentation on Cu sinter paste for pressure sintering during the conference program that will be held as part of the trade show.
