| One of the key issues for management at the Mitsui Kinzoku Group is conducting business with a concern for the earth's environment. To make effective use of limited resources and reduce the impact on the environment, the Group promotes recycle business to recover nonferrous metals, precious metals and rare metals.
By having affiliated smelting facilities located throughout Japan, Mitsui Kinzoku Recycle effectively collects recyclable materials with consideration given to environmental impact. These facilities make use of mining and smelting technologies and experience gained over many years where a variety of metals such as copper, lead, zinc, gold, silver, platinum and palladium are separated and recovered from discarded recyclable materials for recycling.
For many years, Mitsui Kinzoku Recycle has been responsible for collecting recyclable materials for Mitsui Kinzoku Group member companies and we hope to continue to meet and exceed these expectations in the future.
