Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd. has decided to partner with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (Republic of India) for the development of green hydrogen production technologies. For that purpose, a development center has been established at the Research and Innovation Park (R&I Park), on the premises of the Institute.
This development center, the MKCI Delhi R&D Center, is for the joint development of an electrode for the water electrolyzer with the goal of producing green hydrogen as well as for the marketing activities on green hydrogen in India, Europe, Middle East and other regions.
We will promote the development activities in the domain of green hydrogen which contributes to the achievement of a decarbonized society, by applying our technologies and other resources through the joint development with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
