Copper Sinter Paste

We have developed a copper sinter paste for next-generation power semiconductors, expected to be a highly reliable, high heat resistant and environmentally friendly (lead-free) material. Using our core competence in powder control technology, we have integrally developed our own proprietary copper particles and pastes. As an environmentally friendly material for the development of power devices, our paste contributes to solving energy and global environmental issues.

(Metal-Organic Framework/Porous Coordination Polymer)

MOF/PCP is a class of emerging porous material with a remarkable designability. Starting with selective adsorption/storage and separation, this material has been intensively studied for the use of diverse applications.
