We handle coupon samples of rare earth oxides sintered bodies, such as yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and gadolinium oxide (Gd2O3). The size and shape are available upon request, and we would be happy to prepare samples tailored to your requirements so that customers can make good use of the samples for research and development.

We also manufacture pellet products for electron beam depositions depending on the requests. Our product examples are oxide/oxyfluoride compound pellets.
Sintered bodies of Rare Earth Composite Oxides
