加圧型焼結銅ペーストの
口頭発表The oral presentation on Cu sinter paste

当社は2023年5月9日(火)～5月11日(木)の3日間、ドイツのニュルンベルク メッセで開催された「PCIM Europe 2023」において、会期中に行われたカンファレンスプログラムで加圧型焼結銅ペーストの口頭発表を行いました。
口頭発表の概要を以下の通りご紹介いたします。

Mitsui Kinzoku participated as an exhibitor at the Power Conversion, Intelligence Motion Europe 2023(PCIM Europe 2023) held at Nürnberg in Germany for three days from Tuesday, May 9, 2023 to Thursday, May 11, 2023.
We gave the oral presentation on Cu sinter paste for pressure sintering during the conference program that will be held as part of the trade show.

1. Bonding Properties and Die Backside Metallization Compatibility

Our Cu sinter paste showed a good bonding state with both Au or Ag Metallized dies.
